He is survived by: his sons, Robert David Ruiz, Jr. (Vanessa) and Ricardo Jose Ruiz (Tayler); his former wife Rosa Maria Miranda; his siblings, Patsy Leos and Estevan Ruiz; and his grandchildren, Daniel Ivan Lopez and Marina Jade Ruiz.
