She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Arnulfo Alvarez; her children, Letty Alvarez, Arnulfo "Pete" Alvarez and Rosa "Viby" Carrillo; her children-in-law, Ismael and Jobie; her grandchildren, Efren, Roman, Nadia, Janelle, Shawn, Karina and Cyndi; and her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Laayla, Ava of Moises, AJ, Xavier and Novah.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hillcrest Funeral Home (1060 N Carolina Dr, El Paso, TX 79915). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Our Lady of Assumption Church (4805 Byron St, El Paso, TX 79930). A graveside service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Restlawn Memorial Cemetery (8700 Dyer St, El Paso, TX 79904).
In lieu of flowers donate to her favorite charity St. Jude Children's Hospital or Cancer Society.
