He was predeceased by: his parents, Guillermo Martinez Sr. (Consuelo Martinez) and Guillermina Martinez; his mother-in-law Guillermina Martinez; and his brother-in-law Richard A. Hernandez. He is survived by: his wife Rosa Martinez; his sons, Sergio Jr. (Ana), Michael J., Mathew Steven (Alissa) and Martin Anthony (Amanda); his grandchildren, Noah Richard, Ariel Carissa, Maverick Anthony and Mina Rose; his brother Guillermo Martinez Jr. (Elva); his nephews, Willie III, Adrian and Roman; and his niece Arianna M. Hernandez.
