He is survived by: his wife Guadalupe Chavez; his children, Timothy Chavez Jr., Christian Chavez, Martha Rosa Delgado, Abrianna Chavez and Iliana Chavez; and his siblings, Alfredo Chavez Jr., Joe Chavez and Denise Chavez.
