He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Prieto and Socorro Prieto; and his sisters, Beatriz and Soledad. He is survived by: his wife Guadalupe Prieto; his children, Fabiola (Victor), Victor Jr. (Irene), Jose (Yenia) and Angelica (Luis); and his siblings, Alicia, Jorge, Rosa and Luis. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mt. Carmel Funeral Home - El Paso (1755 N Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79936). A rosary will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church (7712 S Rosedale St, El Paso, TX 79915). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Mount Carmel Cemetery (401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79907).
