He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Wayne Atwood Williams; his parents, Libon Williams and Leola Williams; his wife Wanda Fay; his children, Roger Dan and Lisa Gay; and his siblings, Lynn, Exton, Wayman, Loie, Lynda, Nina and Virgina Gayle.
He is survived by: his daughter April; his granddaughters, Emily and Bethany; his great grandchildren, Roselynn and Levi; his sister Pat; and his sister-in-law Ruby.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Hillcrest Baptist Church or The Gideons of El Paso.
