He was predeceased by: his parents, Pablo Rubio and Lupe Rubio. He is survived by: his children, Willie G. Rubio, Jr. (Janay) and Marisa G. Rubio (Rudy); his grandchildren, Domenic Ellis Rubio, Justyce Jacob Rubio, Victoria Skye Mapula and Asher Mapula; his siblings, Cleto Rubio, Mary Lou Ramirez and Delfina Pleasantillo; his wife Victoria G. Rubio; and his brother Junie Rubio.
