She was predeceased by: her parents, George Miller and Ella Braun Miller; her husband Stanley Buerger; and her son-in-law Don Dupree. She is survived by: her children, Melonie Kenerson (Mike), Mitchell Buerger (Pamela) and Angela Dupree; and her sister Mae Smith. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home (604 TX-95, Elgin, TX 78621). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery (229 Pleasant Grove Loop, Elgin, TX 78621).
Annie was very generous, donating to various charities over the years.
