He is survived by: his mother Amy Torres; his sons, John Martin, Aaron, Jesse, Noah and Lucas; his siblings, Michael, Cody, Sydney, Jaylynne and Melody; his nephews, Erick Jr. and Elias Nathaniel Chavez; and his significant other Ariel Vasquez. He is also survived by His Grandparents, numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
