It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dubhe Hobbs of Elgin, Texas, who passed away on August 19, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Bullock and Rose Bullock; and her husband Glenn Hobbs. She is survived by: her brother Hubert Bullock; and her siblings-in-law, Claudia Bullock, Linda Ruthven (Lanny) and Jimmie Hobbs (Sandra). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
