He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perez and Julia Perez (Hernandez); and his siblings, Mary Lou, Roy and John.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott, Christopher and Edward; and his siblings, Alice Trevino, Angie and Joe D. Perez. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
