We bid farewell to Evey Williams (Elgin, Texas), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 8, 2025 at the age of 91. Evey touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton McCullough and Willie McCullough; her siblings, Bobbie Moore, Annie McNeal, Otis Francis, David McCullough, Quentin McCullough, DC, Willie McCullough Jr. and Luella Cook; her children, Mae Pearl Williams and Ray Charles Williams; and the father of her children JD Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Evelyn Thomas, Larry Williams (LaDonna), Jeanette Clark (Michael), Lesia Jones, Deddra, Debra'Williams, Muriel Williams (Teddy) and Kenneth Williams (Meredith); and her sisters, Ceolia Smith and Ruthie Shackles. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, twenty-one great- grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchildren.
Sister Evey utilized inspiring Biblical examples of good conduct and moral values and was dedicated to charity, truth, and loving kindness by uplifting others.
