He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hosea and Mamie Bell Hosea; his siblings, Harold, Ray, Herbert Hosea and Carol Jean Hutson; and his siblings-in-law, Laura Hosea, Fay Hosea, Joyce Hoffman, Barbara Jean Woodfin, James Hutson and Leonard Dominey.
He is survived by: his wife Verlyne Hosea; his sons, Gary Hosea (Terry) and Gregory Hosea; his siblings-in-law, Jeff Woodfin, Shirley Hosea-Yantis and Maxine Dominey; his grandchildren, Samantha Glover (Eric), Brittney Harden (Rick) and Haley Bullock (Brenden); and his great grandchildren, Tanner, Emrys, Everett and Wesley. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
