He is survived by: his brother James Garland Werley (Shayle Bailey) of Lenoir City, Tennessee; his nieces and nephews, Cliona and Preston Lee; Alischia Runyon, Lindsey Bade, Clayton Runyon, Ashley Runyon and Sterling Runyon.
