He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Lewis Locke; his children, Savannah Locke and True Locke (Best Friend); his siblings, Jean Locke, Jana Hankins (Curtis), Joi Solt (Kenny), Jeri Lamb (Leonard), John Albert Locke (Jennie), Charlie Otero, Danny Otero (Tina) and Carmen Montoya (Leonard); and his pet Mookie.
