He was predeceased by: his parents, Janie Mendez Ferrales and Estanislado Ferrales; his sister Anita Coy; and his granddaughter Ashley Castorena. He is survived by: his brothers, Richard Ferrales and Fred Ferrales; his daughter Jessica (Manuel Castorena III); his grandsons, Isaac Castorena, Alejandro Castorena and Manuel Castorena IV; his sons, Ryan Mitchell Ferrales and James "Eric" Ferrales; his daughter-in-law Sarah Ferrales; his grandchildren, Christopher Ferrales and Abigail Ferrales; and his great grandchildren, Silas Ferrales, Liam Ferrales and Angie Ferrales.
