He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernestine Higgins and John Arthur Moore Sr.; and his sisters, Minnie Moore and Faye Moore. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Moore, Tristan Moore, Arthur Moore and Joseph Moore; and his brother Michael Moore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
