She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Weikum and Winona Weikum. She is survived by: her siblings, John, Ron and Lorna; her husband George Placek; her sons, Kaleb Placek (Monica Placek) and Joshua Placek (Juli Placek); her granddaughters, Keira Placek and Kayleigh Moroney (Kirby Moroney); her great grandchildren, Nora and Margaret Moroney; her daughter Brittany Placek; and her granddaughter Jovie Simank. She is also survived by two brothers, one sister, five nephews and six nieces.
