He is survived by: his son Michael Collins of Pittsburgh, PA; his former wife Cynthia Collins of Pittsburgh, PA; and his siblings, Russell Collins of Georgetown, TX, Michael Collins (Lisa) of Avon Lake, OH, Randall Collins (Karen) of Schaumburg, IL, Richard Collins (Beverly) of Barnsdall, OK, Kathryn Gentile (Daniel) of Cumming, GA, Christine Tarabrella (Michael) of Smithfield, PA, Vincent Collins (Dellanie) of Lakewood, CO, Colette Wheeler (Roger) of Lexington, NC, Ginny Riley (Sean) of Morrison, CO, Joseph Collins (Onn) of Georgetown, TX, Mark Collins (Lisa) of Round Rock, TX, Lawrence Collins of Austin, TX and Gary Collins (Mary Ann) of Austin, TX. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
