Michael Ray Hines Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2025, at the age of 64, Michael Ray Hines (Elgin, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Angela Ybarra Hines and William David Hines; and his brother Dorian Issac Hines. He is survived by: his wife Holly Hines; his sons, Michael Ryan Hines (Hayley), Colton Taylor Hines (Jessica) and Blake Avyn Hernandez (Henry); his grandchildren, Hank Hernandez, Owen Hernandez, Dawson Hernandez, Walter Hernandez, Hardy Hines, Hannah Hines and Harlen Hines; and his siblings, Sandra Rosenbaum (Tim), Mark Espinoza (Freya), Roxanne Del La Cruz (Jaime), William R. Hines and Cassie Flores (Sam). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Elgin (13196 County Line Rd, Elgin, TX 78621).
