He is survived by: his girlfriend Toni Landry; his children, Kadeem Barnett of Los Angeles, Elijah Barnett of Austin, Texas, Pernadra Barnett of Austin, Texas., Pershell Barnett (Bermontra) of Austin, Texas., Pershanna Barnett of Austin, Texas., Tabrasha Craney, Alaysha Franklin, Troy Franklin, Isaiah Franklin, Glorilisha Carter, Jasmine Brady, Bernell Brady, Lydell McGarity and Yasmeen Landry; his siblings, Della Barnett, Christine Means, Sandra Jackson (Ron), Pamela Barnett, Carla Gill, Patricia Hastings (David), Phyllis White (Terence), Perthressia Monthey (Michael), Shervelia Young-Pendergrass, Penny Carter (Christopher) and Ervin Gill (Angel); his cousin Christy Barnett; his niece Shamiya Falke; and his grandchildren, Alannah, Kyriee, Aunyx, Ka'vionn, Sarae, Enari, Eliahh, Kynlee, Preston, Ky'Aire and Dameion Jr..
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Celebration Community Church (287 FM 20, Bastrop, TX 78602). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
