He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Jasper Norris and Patricia Jane Norris. He is survived by: his daughters, Abigail Sue Norris and Isabelle Jane Norris; his former wife Amanda Sue Norris; and his siblings, Johnny Mack Norris, Dorothy Sue Robertson, William Keith Norris, Debra Lynn Konczal, Charles Ray Norris, James Patrick Norris, Mary Elizabeth Voelker and Billie Kathryn Mills. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and spouses and numerous friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions towards Chris's two children for their education.
