She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Fogelson and Zelma Fogelson of Oklahoma; her former husband John Edwin Wilcox of Austin; her daughter Teresa Templeton of Round Rock; her parents-in-law, Johnathan and Lucille Wilcox of Kansas; her sister Edie Lewis of Oklahoma; and her sister-in-law Arlene Graepp of Illinois.

She is survived by: her husband Airman; her daughter Cindy; her son-in-law Gary Parker of Gig Harbor; her grandson John; her great grandchild Vanessa of Washington; and her grandchildren, Lindsay Parker, Ada, Ben, Lysette, Gary, Celest of Texas and Shelby Parker of Washington.

The family would like to honor the wishes of Ruby with donations to Hospice of Austin in lieu of flowers.
