She was predeceased by: her parents, Anne Gibson and Vernon Gibson; her in-laws, Janelle and Emil Mogonye; and her brother-in-law Michael Lloyd.

She is survived by: her husband Roger Mogonye; her children, Dr. Jason Mogonye, Whitney Mogonye, Lindsey Hansen (Jonathan), Courtney McWhorter (Jedd), Jake Mogonye (Jennifer) and Justin Mogonye; her grandchildren, Hayes Hansen, Brooks Hansen, Callum McWhorter, Charlotte McWhorter, Kennedy Mogonye, Ryan Mogonye and Hagen Mogonye; her brother Larry Gibson (Molly); her niece Amanda Gibson; her nephew Jim Dee Gibson (Judy); her siblings-in-law, Judy Mogonye Lloyd and Tracy Mogonye (Joyce); and her nephews, Kurt, Jon-Erik Mogonye, Scott (Tanya), Rob (Sally) and David Lloyd (Erin).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Cattlemen for Cancer Research to support cancer research, a cause close to her heart.
