He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Watson and Lula Mae Womack Watson; his sister-in-law Colleen Watson; and his nephew Gary Watson. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Patrick Watson; his children, Patrick Watson (Melinda Harkins Watson), Chad Watson (Brandi Beckham Watson) and Crissye Watson Johns (Shorty Johns); his grandchildren, Ben Watson (Kyndall Wise Watson), Staci Johns Howell (David Howell), Blake Watson (Julia Dezendorf Watson), Jayme Johns (Luke Ely), Zack Watson, Cade Watson and Cayli Johns; his great grandchild Wells Patrick Watson; his brothers, Alton Watson (Shirley Watson), Wilton Watson and Gene Watson (Cynthia Watson); and his brother-in-law Ronnie Patrick (Cindy Patrick). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
