We are sad to announce that, on August 24, 2023, at the age of 68, Wayne Ross Collins of Elgin, Texas, born in Tryon, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Clifford Collins. He is survived by: his mother Fannie Collins; his wife Maggi Collins; his children, Alisha Cox (Todd), Stacie Beaver (Todd), Jarrod Collins, Dylan Collins (Sarah McMasters), Emma Collins (Jad Ibrahim) and Molly Collins (Hammam Alshagra); his grandchildren, Morgan, Kristan and Nathan; and his siblings, Larry Collins (Shay), Terry Collins (Becky), Jack Collins (Bridgette), Neal Collins (Angela Parker) and Jennifer Harris (Chris). He is also survived by grandkids, numerous nieces and nephews.
In remembrance of Wayne's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be sent to the Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program or The Nature Conservancy in North Carolina.
