We are sad to announce that, on August 7, 2022, at the age of 86, William Ballard Jr. of Elgin, Texas, born in Charlottesville, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ballard Sr. and Dallas Ann Ballard (Lee). He is survived by: his wife Diane Ballard of Elgin; his children, Elizabeth (Michael Minchew), Katherine (George Poulsen), David Nichols (Robin Brockway-Nichols) and Kathryn Kelley of Buda; his grandchildren, Nick Poulsen of Keller, Will Minchew of Plano, Kelsey Poulsen of Keller, Tom Minchew of Plano, Matt Roiland of Buda and Lillie Roiland of Buda; and his sister Ann Van Eman of Houston.
Memorials may be made to a local VFW, St. Labre Indian School, or to the charity of one's choice.
