She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Orsak and Willa Mae Orsak (Martinek); and her husband Ted Porter Willis. She is survived by: her brother John C. Orsak (Loretta) of Garfield, Texas; her niece Marsha Wood of Stow, Ohio; her nephew Bob Willis (Donna) of Austin, Texas; and her sister-in-law Marianna Willis of California.
