He was predeceased by: his parents, Armando Salinas and Francisca Salinas. He is survived by: his wife Esperanza; his sons, Jorge H. Salinas Jr. and Rolando (Rosa); his grandchildren, Jorge H. Salinas III, Diana, Dr. Jorge Rolando Salinas and Robert Antonio Salinas; his great grandchildren, Zak, Maks, June Sanchez and Jett Michael Salinas; and his siblings, Cesar Salinas, Amparo Bazan, Francisca "Frances" Hinojosa, Armando Salinas Jr., Rene Salinas and Ernesto Salinas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Funeraria (6705 FM 88, Weslaco, TX 78599). A rosary will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Highland Memorial Park (6705 FM 88, Weslaco, TX 78599).
