With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vicky Kay Pudwill of Elysian Fields, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 24, 2026 at the age of 66. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Shelton and Norma Catherine "Yandel" Ditmore. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Pudwill of Elysian Fields; her children, Michael Lee Cowart, Jr. (Jessica) of Waskom and Rebecca Cowart of Elysian Fields, Texas; her granddaughters, Jessica Cowart of Winter Haven, Abbygayl Weir, Logan Weir of Cheyenne and Kaitlynn Hensley of Elysian Fields, Texas; and her sisters, Cathy Watson of Elysian Fields, Peggy Cowart of Oklahoma City and Nancy Brummett of Checotah. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends.
