He is survived by: his wife Vicki Wade; his children, Kirk Wade (Christi), Kasey Wade and Kristy Turner (Brian); his siblings, Tommy Wade (Tamela) and Nancy Fenter; and his grandchildren, Autumn Wade, Klara Nichols, Kaylee McAree, Dyllon Shuttlesworth and Kenzie Hartsell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
