He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Cason and Lota Rabe Cason; and his siblings, Preston, Christine, Maureen, Bobby Lee, Joe Ben, Linda Kay and Margaret Ann.
He is survived by: his children, Carla Cason and Jerry Don Cason Jr.; his grandchildren, Cody Anderson, Joey Mullins Jr. and Tristin Haney; his great grandchildren, Aliviah Prator and Allaya Davis; and his brothers, Kenneth and Paul. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
