He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Wayne Booth and Constance Marie Booth (Stone). He is survived by: his wife Diana Bevans; his sons, Anthony Booth (Kayla) and Justin Bevans (Laura); and his grandchildren, Hudson Booth, Haven Booth, Reeve Bevans and Quinn Bevans. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
