She was predeceased by: her parents, Baker Austin and Elaine Dennery; her daughter Tara Alexis Alford; and her siblings, Steve Austin and Cindy Austin.

She is survived by: her husband Tom Bailey; her daughter Lauren Alford (Stephen Lynn); her grandson Landon Lynn; and her brothers, Richard Austin and Carl Camper.

“To Lana's Family, Hello, just saw this, had been trying to get in touch with her. I bought her big grey horse Roo while she lived in Florida. We kept in touch through facebook. So very sorry to hear this..... she was so supportive in getting me back riding again and matching Roo and I up. She said "she knew we were meant for each other, she just had to get me to realize it" She is galloping in heaven now with no pain and sitting next to the throne... sincerely Carolyn Johnson”
