He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Ridenhour and Letha Jane Ridenhour; and his siblings, Shirley Oglesby, Bobbie Jackson, Wanda Ball, Tom Ridenhour, Jr. and Jane Ann Smallwood.

He is survived by : his wife Donna Sue Ridenhour (Edwards); his daughters, Amy Lockaby (Matt), Karen Jaconetty and Michelle McNeill (Chris); his grandchildren, Grant Lockaby, Josh Lockaby, Alexis Reither (Jordan), Caylie Raines (Sheldon), Ashleigh McNeill, Landon McNeill, Grace McNeill, Brianna McNeill, Hannah McNeill, Samuel McNeill, Madelynn McNeill, Ayden McNeill and Sarah Mae McNeill; and his great grandchildren, Marshall Maddox, Abigail Reither and John Carter.
