He was predeceased by: his mother Pauline Kovar Chmelar. He is survived by: his father Charles Edward Chmelar; his wife Jenny Ann Rejcek; his daughters, Jennifer Chmelar Williams (Robert) and Cheryl Chmelar Tovar (Sam); his grandchildren, Mikayla Joanne Williams, Miranda Kate Williams, Addyson Mae Williams and Nathan Charles Williams; his siblings, Maxon Chmelar and Janice McCullough; and his sisters-in-law, Jo Kozlovsky, Adell Rejcek and Dorothy Rejcek. He is also survived by his kids and grandchildren as the greatest daddy and papa.
