He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bobbie "Jo" Beets and Billy Ray Bruton; his brother Ray Alan Bruton; his wife Alice Mitchell; his children, Chris (Alex), Katie (Justin) and Taylor (Tyler); his grandchildren, Allie, Kadence, Kobie, Brody, Jordan, Jolee, Jentry, Tate and Teagen; his stepchildren, Will, Joel, Cassie, Austin and Justin; his stepgrandchildren, Brooklyn, Brady, Beckham, Bryce, Brett, Paityn, Cohen, Olivia, Charlie, Logan, Hazel and Gracie; his uncle Bubba; and his aunt Sally Medlin.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home (800 S Kaufman St, Ennis, TX 75119). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
