He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ann Slovak; his children, Dwain Bobalek (Sheila) and Dena Rendon (Alex); his grandchildren, Chelsey Novak (Stephen), Alexie Rendon (Bailey) and Reece Rendon (Jasmine); his great grandchildren, Elton and Julian Novak; his brother-in-law David Slovak (Betty); his nephew Jason Slovak (Lauren); his great-nephews, Arlie and Benjamin Slovak; and his brother-in-law Daniel Tenney.
