She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sr. Maliska and Frances Maliska (Vrana); her husband Joe Ben Macalik; her siblings, John Maliska Jr. and Frances Maliska; and her grandchildren, Christopher Thomas Kelly, Kady Marie Bell, Andrew Macalik (Erin), Erika Allen (Dylan), Jamey Nixon (Tim), Cody Bell II (Robin) and Olivia Jaramillo.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Macalik (Valerie), Sharon Kelly (Dwight Koch) and Kathy (Mike Jaramillo); and her great grandchildren, Henry, Liam, Samuel, Claire, Stanton, Thea, Abby and Tennyson.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home (800 S Kaufman St, Ennis, TX 75119). A rosary will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church (401 E Lampasas St, Ennis, TX 75119). A burial will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at the St. Joseph Cemetery (300 S Jeter Dr, Ennis, TX 75119).
