He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Vineyard and Valeta Vineyard; his mother-in-law Angelita Torres; and his sister-in-law Gloria Torres. He is survived by: his wife Linda Torres; his children, David Vineyard and Tracy (John Krantz); and his grandson Ezra.
At First Methodist Church, he held various positions over the years and was currently on the Finance Committee, the Missions Committee, prepared Breakfast once a month for the Methodist Men, prepared coffee and brought donuts every Sunday since before Covid.
