He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pustejovsky and Georgia Pustejovsky; and his siblings, Reverend Bernard Pustejovsky, Ronnie Pustejovsky, Dennis Ray Pustejovsky and Janice Kay Pustejovsky.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ann Honza; his children, Debbie Novy (Mark), Mike Pustejovsky (Jamie) and Jim Pustejovsky (Wendy); his grandchildren, Tyler Novy (Sara), Caitlyn Novy, Rachel Pustejovsky, Hannah Pustejovsky, Mayson Pustejovsky (Dalton Kozlovsky), Rileigh Navarro (Cody) and Laynie Pustejovsky (Grant Reel); his great grandchild Davis Navarro; his siblings, Erwin Pustejovsky (Rita), Gary Pustejovsky (Betsy) and Myra Jernigan; and his sister-in-law Delma Sue Karlik.
