He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Michael Silvas, II, Lawrence Matthew Silvas and Christian Anthony Silvas; his siblings, Phillip Silvas (DeVonda), Gloria Rubio (Mark), Isabel Payan, Ana Payan, Rey Payan and Ismael Martinez (Nicole); and his grandchild Leilah Rose Silvas.
