He is survived by: his wife Merrijo Slovak; his children, Joseph Slovak (Angela) of Plano, Texas, John Slovak (Wendy) of Ennis, Texas, Rebecca Slovak of Ennis, Texas and Allison Slovak of Ennis, Texas; his grandchildren, Zachary, Vivian, Jacob, Matthew, Charley and Robbie; and his sisters, Mary Jane Odlozil and Joyce Slovak of Ennis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
