It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine (Oliver) Renfro of Etoile, Texas, who passed away on March 12, 2026, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Velma Steve Oliver and Geneva Madiline Oliver (Snyder); her husband Archie Edward Renfro; and her siblings, Edward Oliver, Charles Oliver, Bobby Jack Oliver, Ann Hutcherson and Elaine Mosley.
She is survived by: her son Garry; her daughter-in-law Barbara Bentley of Etoile; her son Terry; her daughter-in-law Teresa Bentley of Huntington; her daughter Nita; her son-in-law Freddy Weeks of Etoile; her sister Polly Matthews of Zephyrhills, Florida; and her sister-in-law Imagene Oliver of Avinger. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
