He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Hanna and Bertie Hanna (Walters); his wife Ellen Hoots; and his brother Charlie Hanna. He is survived by: his children, Russell Lee Hanna of Abilene, Ronald William Hanna (DeAnna) of Abilene, Richard Allen McKee (Kathy) of Umatilla, Oregon, Sherrie Miller (Mike) of Tucson and LaTonda Marie Whisenhunt (Todd) of Abilene; his siblings, Doug Hanna (Lola) of Minot, Peggy Hanna Boarman of Williamsburg and Louise Callaway of Littlefield; and his grandchildren, Cody Hanna, Ricky McKee, Andy McKee, Kalynn Hughes Jody Miller, Amanda Hines, Scottie Bamlet, Justin Bamlet and Cortney Montgomery. He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
