Collins (Vanessa), Kristene Allen and Christopher Collins; his grandchildren, Jonathan Reynolds (Aubrey), Andrew, Robert, Joey, Kenny, Cannon, Sara, Jessica and Haley; his great grandchild Theodore "Teddy"; and his brothers, Kieth Collins and Jim Ford (Becky). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins; and a host of close friends.
