He is survived by: his stepchildren, Wesley Green and Sherrie Green Bell (Ray) of Lewisville Tx; and his siblings, Joe McClelland (Madge) of Cleburne Tx, Bobby McClelland (Brenda) of Buna Tx, Ricky McClelland (Suzie), Edgar Goodman (Terry) of Euless Tx, Pearl Rogers of Many La, Elaine Pineda (Richardo) of Streetman Tx and Brenda Williams (Andy) of Flint Tx. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and other relatives, and close friends.
A burial will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
In lieu of flowers the family is asking that you make a donation in William's name to your local American Legion.
