He is survived by: his wife Teri Waters; his children, Cassandra Waters, Courtni Melin, Ashley Flowers, Chris Abel (Amanda), Steven Hunter (Judith) and Brandon Hunter; and his brothers, Ronnie Ray Waters, Jr. and Lee John Blackman (Lou). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, numerous nephews and nieces.
