He was predeceased by : his parents, Ira Dee Todd and Dora Catherine Witton Todd; and his siblings, Dorthy and Ira Lee. He is survived by : his wife Jo Ann Todd; his children, Bobby Todd (Tony), Twala Graham (Neil) and Charles Todd (Kim); his grandchildren, Cameron, Tristen (Britney), Nate, Brianna, Savannah, Corey and Jamie; his great grandchildren, RoRo, Xend, Remey, Lille, Vilet, Bryce and Cove; and his siblings, Mary, David, Jonell and Orval.
