He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Collins and Ada Collins; his son Daniel Collins; and his siblings, Jewell Bruce, Helen Whitehead, Vivian Hare, Norman Collins and Herman Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Collins of Evadale; his children, Belinda Fielder (Gerald) of Evadale and David Collins (Kim) of Evadale; and his daughter-in-law Jane Collins of Evadale. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
